Bass guitar…? Ibanez Ergodyne ED905 or a different 4-string?
Recently, my friend gave me his used Ibanez Ergodyne ED905 5-string bass. I will be taking bass guitar lessons soon, and was considering switching guitars (I'd prefer a 4-string)
Should I go for a Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass, Squier Affinity J Bass, or Ibanez GSR200? If none of the above, should I just stick with the 5-string guitar?

The vintage modified models are the best value for money at the moment, I wouldn’t hesitate to get one.
